Organisers have revealed times for the highly-anticipated music festival Chilfest, due to be held in Tring in July.

On both Friday July 5 and Saturday July 6, the gates to the site at Pendley Meadow will open at 4pm, with the first act due on stage at 7pm.

The first night is set to finish up at about 10.30pm, with the 80s pop bonanza on the second night running until about 11.15pm.

Girl band Little Mix are headlining the Friday night concert, with 80s crooner Tony Hadley at the helm on the Saturday.

Organiser Steve Butcher said: “We’ve sold upwards of 7,000 tickets and it’s all looking very positive. The buzz in Tring and Berkhamsted is absolutely amazing.”

Ticket sale proceeds will be split between Aylesbury Women’s Aid and Rennie Grove Hospice Care.
