OXFAM volunteer Peter Thomas will head up a group of 300 stewards controlling an entrance gate to the Glastonbury festival.
The five-day music festival begins today.
Avid record collector Peter helps spot valuables for Berkhamsted High Street’s specialist book and music Oxfam store.
He said: “I love Glastonbury, because there is so much variety - great bands as well as comedy, theatre and circus acts.”
Peter’s been to the festival 12 times before and is particularly looking forward to seeing soul singer Cee Lo Green and reggae singer Jimmy Cliff this year.
Both Peter’s store and Oxfam’s other Berkhamsted High Street store - which specialises in clothes - need new volunteers, especially ones who can work weekends.
