A charity concert in Hemel Hempstead this weekend aims to reach out and touch music lovers.
Christine Guy and Sarah Moreton have been singing as a duo since 2000 and perform regularly for good causes.
As Light Touch they have raised thousands of pounds for local charities The Hospice of St Francis and Hope For Children as well as supporting other good causes with their talents.
They perform an eclectic mix of gospel, folk, popular and classical music, aiming to provide something for everyone.
Christine sings soprano with her church choir in Croxley Green while Sarah is a worship leader at Hemel Hempstead’s Belmont Road Baptist Church, as well as musical director of both Joyful Noise! ecumenical choir and Lime Walk School Choir.”
Saturday’s concert at Hemel Hempstead’s Carey Baptist Church has a cinema theme, with selections from silver screen hits like Les Miserables, The Lion King and The Sound Of Music on the programme.
It’s all in aid of the Hemel Hempstead Contact Centre, which provides a safe environment for non-resident parents to have contact with their children following a relationship breakdown.
Tickets for the Silver Screen Celebration show are £7 with a £5 concession for U16s.
You can reserve yours by calling Sarah on 01442 269748 or Val on 01442 396441.
