BERKHAMSTED and Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club enjoyed a good weekend as they recorded three wins.
The Ladies’ Firsts recorded the club’s biggest victory as they thrashed St Neots 7-0.
The side travelled to St Neots on a five-game unbeaten run, and their confidence was clear to see.
Claire Barrett-Mold opened the scoring, before Katie Reglinski added a second.
St Neots were unable to contain a rampant Berko and two more goals from Reglinski, as well as strikes from Molly Beard, Helen Harris and Sarah Brydon completed the rout.
Meanwhile, the Men’s Firsts picked up a comfortable 3-0 win over Shefford and Sandy.
Jim Carlile put Berko 1-0 up, before Steve Thie and another from Carlile completed the scoring.
And the Men’s Fourths rounded off the weekend with a 2-1 win over Luton Town. Josh Frewin and an own-goal did the damage.
