Park stroll sees Tring take the win


TringRugby put in another impressive away display as they won 34-22 at Westcombe Park.

Tring set the ball rolling early on with tries by Richard Roberts, Zak Michalski and Nick Radley –Will Mitchell converting one and kicking a penalty as the visitors went in with 20 points at the interval.

Ben Hough and Reece Conlon responded for Westcombe, but further Tring scores came from Justin Brown and Tom Newton, both converted by Mitchell.

Trent Natrass scored late for Westcombe, but Tring held firm and picked up five valuable away points.

Saturday sees Tring welcome Hertford to Cow Lane, kick-off 2pm.
