IT was all smiles at Rushjudo as the club hosted its second annual fun day.

Children aged between four and 15-years -old competed in an interclub tournament, where Lewis Lavin and Megan Maddisson both stormed to gold medals, and were awarded with the Player of the Day awards.

Mums and dads then took part in their own event, before a team challenge between members of the Rushjudo Mencap class ahead of the GB Special Needs Championships in two weeks’ time.

Head coach Laurie Rush said: “What a fantastic day! I just want to say a big thanks to the parents who yet again showed us tremendous support and to our event sponsor”
