Leverstock Green Ladies saw off league rivals Barking 4-1 to book their place in the first round proper of the FA Cup for the first time in their history.
Charlene Turturici set Levy on their way, scoring from close quarters after a strong, determined run into the box with 23 minutes on the clock.
Left-back Sarah Brydon earned Levy their second goal, forcing an error high up the pitch before threading the ball through to the ever-reliable Nic Hollick who coolly slotted home to give Levy 2-0 cushion after 39 minutes.
Three minutes later, Hollick was unlucky not to net her second after a powerful run and shot finished narrowly off target.
Levy came close again right on the stroke of half-time through an audacious lob from Turturici, but it was Barking who struck first after the break to halve the deficit.
Levy, though, were not about to surrender the chance to see their name in the hat for the first round draw, and they responded strongly.
A superb individual goal from Sally Green restored Levy’s two goal cushion, before Hollick latched onto a Green through-ball and slotted home to make sure of the win for her side.
Leverstock face QPR at home on December 1 in the first round proper of the competition.
Elsewhere, Levy Green Ladies Whites made it through to the League Cup quarter-finals with a 7-3 win over Leighton United Vixens Reserves.
Leigh Burrows, Pru Squires-Adams and Anna Novelli helped themselves to a brace each, with Emma Wiseman completing the scoring for Levy.
Levy have been drawn against Bedmond Ladies at home in the quarter-finals.
