Leverstock Green’s poor run of home form continued as they were beaten heavily by Hanwell Town at Pancake Lane.

Levy had an early chance in the sixth minute when James Dabbs played a one-two with Tom Bambury, but Dabbs’ shot was saved comfortably by keeper Charlie Fanner.

And the home side found themselves behind in the 13th minute when Bill Healey headed home George Davis’ cross.

Healey could have had a second minutes later but Coulton produced the first of several excellent saves to keep his header out.

Coulton then did well to parry away a fierce shot from Charlie Baverstock but Hanwell doubled their lead shortly after the hour mark.

A cross from the right was flicked on by Healey, and Ricky Pither arrived unmarked to slot home.

Levy reverted to a flat back four at half-time, but any hopes of a revival were soon extinguished.

Luke Kenny’s pass to Pither cut through the middle of the Green defence and, although Coulton got a hand to Pither’s shot, it came back off the post to give Healey a simple tap-in for a 3-0 Hanwell lead.

Tobi Akin missed an open goal for Green in the 63rd minute after rounding the keeper, and the visitors wrapped up the win in stoppage time as Connor Duffy crossed from the left for Healey to shoot home and complete his well-taken hat-trick.
