People have until the end of the month to have a say on the future of the library service.
Herts County Council launched a consultation on October 21, to gauge views that will help to draw up a 10 year strategy for the service to ensure it provides a relevant and modern service.
Meetings and drop-in sessions have been held across the county to discuss the 46 libraries in Herts.
So far more than 10,000 householders have responded and the consultation closes on December 31.
