A photographer is hoping to track down a woman he took a snap of at a Hemel Hempstead Old Town Hall children’s fair back in 1992.

Brian Horton believes the little girl pictured here would now be aged in her late 20s.

He said: “I have a large framed copy of this photo, which I have in the past used in competitions, that I would now like to give her.

“I also have a few more smaller photos of her which I would like to pass on.”
