Calls to the two-storey garage in Kindersley Way in the Three Rivers village were made by concerned neighbours at shortly after 3.20am.

Over the course of the night and into this morning, crews from four different fire stations attended to extinguish the blaze and cool down the property.

The incident was fully dealt with by 9.10am, and no-one was injured.

At this stage it is not clear how the fire began, but an investigation will be carried out by the relevant watch commander.
