THREE former students of a performing arts school have all landed roles in the West End show of Mamma Mia.
Staff at Tring Park School said they are extremely proud of Craig Fletcher, Dani de Waal and Hannah Fairclough, who secured their roles after successful auditions earlier this year.
Principal Stefan Anderson said: “Over the years Tring Park has earned a reputation for developing and nurturing talented young dancers, many of which are now with leading dance companies.
“We are extremely proud of Dani, Hannah and Craig for being chosen to perform in such a prestigious show. We look forward to seeing their careers progress with great interest.”
Dani de Waal, aged 21, plays Sophie, Hannah Fairclough (pictured), aged 22, has been cast as Ali and Craig Fletcher is playing the part of Sky in the £3 million show.
The trio took to the stage at The Prince of Wales Theatre, in London’s Piccadilly Circus, for their debut on Monday, June 13.
The highly successful show Mamma Mia weaves 27 ABBA songs, including Dancing Queen, Take A Chance On Me and Money Money Money, into a story about a mother and daughter living on a Greek island, preparing for the daughter’s wedding.
