Shoplifters who swiped chocolates and other confectionery from a village shop are being hunted by police.

Investigating officers have released CCTV images of three people they would like to speak to in connection with the offence, which took place in Budgens in Abbots Langley at around 1pm on Sunday, February 22.

Boxes of chocolate and confectionery were taken from the store, on the High Street.

A police spokesman said: “We would like to speak with the people pictured as they may have been in the shop at the time and could have information that can assist officers with their investigation.”

Anyone with information is asked to call PCSO Colin Williams using the police non-emergency number 101, quoting the crime reference C2/15/397. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
