Part of famous Aldbury racing estate is sold

One part of the 400 acres that make up the former racing horse training and breeding stables of Walter Swinburn and Peter Harris has been sold.

The package of Church Farm and Pendley Manor had a price tag of £9.4million.

It is understood a sale has been agreed on Church Farm, which covers 300 acres and includes a three-bedroom cottage, a four-bedroom house, a building split into seven self-contained one-to-three bedroom apartments, 63 stables and other buildings.
