We caught up with the stars of festive fun show Cinderella at the Waterside Theatre to find out what they’ll be doing today.

Fairy godmother, Suzanne Shaw:

“I’ll be spending all day on the sofa! I don’t intend to do anything except stuff my face – it is Christmas, after all! I’m really looking forward to it, then on Boxing Day I’ll be back to pantoland.”

Baron Hardup, Russell Grant:

“I’ll go to church, have lunch with my mum and brother. Then visit Dad and my stepmum. And tune into the Strictly Christmas special which I’m on this year.”

Cinderella, Holly Brewer:

“I’ll chill with my favourite people in the world - my family and my boyfriend. I literally do nothing on Christmas Day apart from eat, give presents, open presents and watch a film.”

The Prince, Andrew Derbyshire:

“I’ll be with my family up north in Burnley, Lancashire, with my brothers and sisters and their children. That’s three nephews, two nieces and my baby dog Percy.”

Buttons, Andy Collins:

“I’ll have Christmas dinner with my mum, dad and my two children Molly and Harry. We’ll all be wearing Christmas jumpers and there’ll be a prize for the worst one. I’ll win.”
