There are just seven days remaining for anyone who wants to have their say about the future of Tring’s The New Surgery.
Dr Tony Hall-Jones announced at the beginning of this year that he was to retire as a GP after 29 years in the role. Since then the surgery has been run on a caretaker basis but NHS bosses are running a public consultation to decide how best to provide services in the future.
People in the area can give their views on the different options for what could happen next at The New Surgery in a range of ways:
• Complete an online survey available at http://bit.ly/TheNewSurgeryConsultation Printed copies are available from The New Surgery or from Herts Valleys CCG at Communications and Engagement, Hemel One, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7YU;
• Email firstname.lastname@example.org
• Write to The New Surgery Consultation, Communications and Engagement, Herts Valleys CCG, Hemel One, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7YU;
All responses should be completed and submitted by 5pm on Friday, May 20.
