Mini Cooper parked in disabled bay outside of Tesco badly scratched by vandals

Vandals badly damaged a blue Mini Cooper that was parked in a disabled bay outside of Tring’s big Tesco supermarket, scratching its rear passenger door and wing panels.

Police say the crime occurred between 2.45pm and 3.15pm on Tuesday, September 2, in the car park outside of the London road store.

Officers have just released information about the vandalism as part of an appeal for witnesses to come forward.

They want people who may have seen someone acting suspiciously near, or paying particular attention to, the vehicle to contact them on 101, quoting crime reference D3/14/435.

Alternatively call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
