Rotary Club’s pressure point in Hemel Hempstead town centre is a healthy option

Make a date in the diary – Hemel Hempstead Rotary Club will be holding its annual Know Your Blood Pressure check-up clinic at the Volunteer Centre Dacorum base in Hemel Hempstead’s Marlowes next Saturday, April 5.

It’s the 10th year in a row that the club has organised the session, which will run from 10am to 4pm.

Checks carried out by Dr. Janet Wright of Fernville Surgery and Dr. Nigel Ormiston of the Hospice of St. Francis, together with teams of nurses from the hospice, are open to all, take only a few minutes and are free.

The day is organised in collaboration with the Stroke Association to promote good health monitoring and to flag up potential problems which merit further investigation.
