A free course that helps people get their finances in order is on offer in Berkhamsted.
Christians Against Poverty is behind the workshop that will deal with money matters on Tuesday, May 14 at the Make Believe Cafe behind Tesco, High Street, from 7.30pm. Sessions are also being held on Tuesday, May 21 and Tuesday, June 4.
Money lead coach Mike Wallis said: “CAP is a home-grown debt counselling charity which is determined to reduce poverty in the UK caused by debt. It partners its financial expertise with the care of the local church to offer free debt help and a solution to people through its centre in Hemel Hempstead. The fast-growing charity intends to have a debt-counselling centre in 500 towns and cities across the UK by 2015.”
