A spring fair at St Rose’s Catholic Infants’ School raised more than £3,000 towards the life-saving cancer treatment of a sick mum.
The school’s parents’ association and a group of mums arranged for the whole term’s fundraising to be donated entirely to cancer-stricken Natalie Arseni, whose two daughters Sofia and Anna are pupils at St Rose’s.
Luckily Natalie was well enough to attend Saturday’s fair with her family, and said: “I wish to send my love and thanks to everyone for helping and supporting the fair on Saturday and making it such a memorable day.”
The total amount raised for Natalie’s Cause is now in excess of £11,000, with many more plans in the pipeline. To donate or find out more, visit facebook.com/TeamNatalieStRoses.
