Emergency services called over ‘concerns for man’

Police officers and paramedics are currently attending an incident in Hemel over concerns for a man’s welfare.

A spokesman for Herts Police say officers were called to an address in Lawn Lane at 3.50pm today (Wednesday, July 27).

They said the call was concerning the welfare of a man but have no more details at this stage.

The incident is ongoing and there is currently an ambulance, ambulance officer and a rapid response vehicle at the scene.

HEMS air ambulance were called but have since stood down.

The road is currently very busy with traffic so motorists have been advised to avoid the area if they can.
