Dylan Jordan Hussey, 21, Swallows Oak, Abbots Langley. Drink driving in Watford with 159 milligrammes of aclohol in 100 mililitres of urine (limit is 107) on July 10 and failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on September 4. Banned from driving for 15 months to be reduced by 15 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course and fined a total of £147, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kevin White, 35, Livingstone Walk, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a woman by beating and destroying her Sony Experia 22 mobile phone to the value of £300 in Hemel Hempstead, possessed a small amount of cannabis and obstructed a police officer in Watford, on September 8. Jailed for a total of 18 weeks and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

John Cedric Andrews, 70, The Wye, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without valid licence or insurance in Hemel Hempstead on March 8. Six points on licence and fined a total of £147, £20 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

Lisa Jane Hoffman, 35, Thumpers, Hemel Hempstead. Speeding in Hemel Hempstead at 50mph in a 40mph zone on February 27. Three points on licence, fined £100, £20 victim surcharge £85 costs.

Ivonne Reina, 36, Evans Wharf, Hemel Hempstead. Speeding at 45mph in a 30mph zone and without valid insurance in Abbots Langley on March 9. Six points on licence, fined a total of £235, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge.

Curtis James Hine, 18, Lawn Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without a valid licence or insurance in Abbots Langley between August 2 and 8. Six points and fined a total of £147, £20 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

Roy Alan Stallard, 34, Jupiter Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a camera and equipment to the value of £80 belonging to Cash Converters in Hemel Hempstead on April 30, wine to the value of £19.98 belonging to the Co-op in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead on June 21 and 22, and meat and fish to the value of £50.21 belonging to the Co-op in Long Chaulden, Hemel Hempstead on August 3, while on suspended sentence. Jailed for eight weeks.

Wojciech Wawryniuk, 34, Rucklers Lane, Kings Langley. Drink driving with 135 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35)in Watford on July 30. Banned from driving for 33 months to be reduced by 33 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, community order including 200 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Karina Rogers, 28, East Mimms, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a woman by beating in Hemel Hempstead on April 25. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Nicholas Kwabena Frimpong, 25, Queens Square, Hemel Hempstrad. Speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead on February 19. Three points on licence and fined £200, £200 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Patrick Cash, 48, Jupiter Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Driving while using a mobile phone and without valid insurance in Radlett on January 25. Banned from driving for six months and fined a total of £535, £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Louise Marie-Elaine Richards, 45, Ashridge Cottages, Little Gaddesden. Speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead on February 23. Three points on licence and fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Philip Egan, 50, Eggleton Drive, Tring. Intimidating a witness to an offence in Mentmore on March 23 and stalked her by placing a tracking device on her vechicle, acquired an image of a van belonging to someone connected to her and relentlessly texted and telephoned her in Hemel Hempstead between March 8 and 24. One year restraining order from victim, community order including 180 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

David James Williams, 42, Barley Croft, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a woman by beating in Hemel Hempstead on June 20. Fined £300, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Aaron Murphy, 28, Primrose Hill, Kings Langley. Speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone and without wearing a seatbelt in Abbots Langley on March 9. Four points on licence and fined a total of £250, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Raymond Peter Smith, 46, Middleknights Hill, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a non-molestation order by sending a letter to a woman he was prohibited from contacting in Hemel Hempstead between September 5 and 6. Fined £300, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

John McAleer, 23, Glamis Place, Hemel Hempstead. Stole DVDs to the value of £107.91 belonging to WH Smith in Hertford. Community order including nine months alcohol treatment, four months curfew with electronic tag, 22 days building skills to recovery programme and 18 months supervision. Also ordered to pay £107.91 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stephen Sansom, 54, Gravel Park, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of three wraps of herbal cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on July 22. Fined £135, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Samuel Terry Goold, 27, Highland Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) in St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead on August 30. Banned from driving for 23 months to be reduced by 23 on completion of a rehabilitation course and fined £665, £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Oliver Martin, 20, Noake Mill Lane, Water End. Assaulted a man by beating in Watford on August 31. Fined £135, £150 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Mark Douglas, Broomfield Rise, Abbots Langley. Drink driving with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) in Watford on May 26. Banned from driving for 13 months to be reduced by 13 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course and fined £110, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jimmy Muchy Witney, 21, Galley Hill, Hemel Hempstead. Destroyed property in Hemel Hempstead on June 29, while on conditional discharge for a previous offence, stole 32 DVDs and computer games to the value of £503 belonging to Asda in Hemel Hempstead on July 22, stole a car battery to the value of £104.99 and jump leads to the value of £35 belonging to Halfords in Hemel Hempstead on July 31 and August 2, stole clothing to the value of £220 and more to the value of £415 belonging to Debenhams in Hemel Hempstead on August 16 and 18, stole clothing to the value of £55 belonging to JD Sports in Hemel Hempstead and failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Crown Court on August 28. Jailed for 14 weeks.

Samuel Peter John Allegri, 19, St Albans Hill, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a woman, damaged property belonging to her and used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a man in South Oxhey on March 10 and failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Crown Court on August 19. 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

Jay Oliver Wilson, 35, Elstree Road, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a bottle of Jack Daniels and a bottle of Southern Comfort belonging to Marks and Spencer in St Albans on September 17, and carried with him nail clippers for use in the course of or connection with the theft, while under a suspended sentence for previous offence. Community order including six month curfew with electronic tag and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Matthew Allain, 18, New Park Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a DVD player belonging to someone else and made false representation by selling it for £10 in Hemel Hempstead on July 15, while under referral order for a previous offence. Community order including 12 months supervision and 100 hours unpaid work.
