HUNDREDS took advantage of the sun on Saturday for a village’s biggest calendar event.
The Kings Langley Carnival filled the village common through the afternoon and, for the first time, into the evening, with live music, stalls, and displays on hand for entertainment.
Martin Horsted of the Kings Langley Carnival Committee said: “We were really lucky with the weather even though it was threatening at times. The turnout was even better than last year, the whole common was full throughout the day and I think everyone had a great time.
“I think we tried a few more things this year and I think there was something at the carnival for everyone.”
