Scrum on down for a chance to go crazy for a local charity

Organisers of a charity golf day in Hemel Hempstead are on the look out for corporate sponsors.

The Crazy Golf and Rugby event at Hemel Stags, in Pennine Way, on Sunday, July 7, will involve teams of up to six people playing golf, enjoying a buffet meal and watching a rugby league match.

The event, which starts at 11am, is aimed at raising as much as possible for Dacorum Community Trust and teams can enter for £100 or £20 for individuals.

Hemel Stags will be playing Rochdale Hornets on the day and the golf course will be open until 4pm for fun rounds for fans as well.

Tom Williams, the sales and marketing director of Hemel Stags said the event would be a great chance for businesses to have some fun and raise money for a charity that does “real things for real people.”

He added it would also be a great opportunity to mix and network with other local businesses.
