SPECTATORS braved grey clouds on Saturday to take in some revving action to help raise money for a good cause.
A charity bike trial event was organised by students from Bucks New University in conjunction with the Berkhamsted Motorcycle & Car Club.
Around 30 trial riders took part at the Nash Mills Trials Ground in Red Lion Lane, Hemel Hempstead, to help raise money for charity Riders For Health.
One of the organisers, second-year motorsport student Jacques Heckstall-Smith, said; “We thought it went well.
“The turnout wasn’t what we were expecting, probably due to two other high-profile events on the same day.
“We are still on track to have raised almost £600 though.”
Top bikers Alexz Wigg and 2006 British Expert Trials Champion Sam Haslam also gave a special performance at the end of the event.
