THE sister of a woman whose home was flooded in Thailand has raised £275 to help the country’s relief effort.
Mae Robinson, 31, who lives in Granville Road, Berkhamsted, set up a fundraising Thai banquet at Shoot Me Studios in the town’s Lower Kings Road.
The photography studio, which is owned by her flatmate Cynthia Nolan, attracted 25 of the 35 Thai nationals who live in Berkhamsted.
Thailand was hit by devastating floods in July that eventually left huge chunks of its capital city, Bangkok, under water.
