Rickmansworth Players have come up with an extra dimension to their production of Arthur Miller’s coded Cold War-era tale of hysteria and suspicion, The Crucible, which will be stated at the Pump House Theatre in Watford from next Tuesday.
They spent a day in a woodland location filming scenes of alleged witchcraft to be used as flashbacks during the performance.
The show runs until Saturday, May 4 with performances each night at 7.30pm and a 2.30pm Saturday matinee. Call 0844 8700 887 for box office details.
