Saturday’s headline act at Hemel Hempstead’s Old Town Hall is Derrin Nauendorf, an acclaimed singer-songwriter who has worked in the past with stars of the calibre of Van Morrison and Deep Purple.
Derrin said farewell to his native Australia to build his reputation as a troubador all over Europe, and the Old Town Hall date is part of a tour which criss-crosses the country between now and the end of January.
He blends blues, folk and country by combining guitar, voice and lyrics to create a unique and passionate ‘rootsy’ sound which fans can savour on his new studio album, Distant Empires, which is out now. You can find out mroe about his back catalogue online at www.derrinnauendorf.com
Tickets are £10, £8 concessions – book online or call the box office on 01442 228091.
