Although he first came to fame as an incredibly annoying children’s TV presenter, Timmy Mallett has re-invented himself as one of the most sought-after of modern artists.
And you can see why when Montague’s Gallery in King’s Langley presents a second solo show of the beautiful impressionistic artwork with which he has made his name.
The new show opens on Saturday, to coincide with the switch-on of the village Christmas lights which will be carried out by the artist and the mayor of the village’s twin town Achiet-le-Grand.
Timmy has been named Best Selling Up And Coming Artist 2012 by the prestigious Fine Art Guild, and his work is increasingly being snapped up for its investment potential.
The show, which runs to December 8, will feature more than 30 original works and limited edition prints.
