The Sport and Recreation Alliance has just launched their 2013 National Sports Club Survey to help it to understand what matters most to local clubs, and to help get the best deal for community and grassroots sports clubs.

The survey was developed with a wide range of input from national governing bodies and stakeholders and is available for clubs to complete online here from now until 9am on Monday, July 1.

The Herts Sports Partnership team are encouraging sports clubs to complete this survey, so that feedback from the survey can helpthem to develop their strategies.

John O’Callaghan, club, coach and sports development Manager, at HSP said: “It is clear that local sports clubs are a vital to the fabric of community life and key to the success of sports development in the county.

“We are always looking for ways to help sports clubs and ensure that grassroots sport is well supported, so it is important to seek their views.

“I hope that as many of the local 2,500 or so sports clubs in Hertfordshire will give their valuable feedback by completing this survey”
