The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead will host the first ever How to become a Ski Instructor taster day on Sunday.

Organised in association with the British Association of Snowsport Instructors, the session is aimed at competent skiers aged 16 and over.

The combination of on and off-slope sessions throughout the day will provide attendees with an introduction to the BASI teaching philosophy and some top tips for those who want to progress.

Throughout the day, there will be two one-hour on-snow ski clinics with BASI ISTD Level 4 instructors on personal performance and BASI’s Central Theme.

As well as this there will be two one-hour off-snow presentations, including an overview of BASI and an opportunity to ask advice from people who have been through the BASI journey.

Reservations for the How to become a Ski Instructor taster day can be made by contacting the Snow Centre directly on 08447 707227 or at email@thesnowcentre.com. The cost for the full day is £20 and places are strictly limited.
