Spectators at Vauxhall Road look set for a real Christmas cracker this weekend as the table topping Tudors go head-to-head with in-form Stourbridge.

Both sides go into the game full of confidence, with Hemel having won their last four games 3-0 and Stourbridge having thrashed Frome Town 7-0 in their last outing.

The Tudors currently boast a four-point lead at the top of the Calor League Southern Premier Division while Stourbridge occupy sixth position in the table.

Hemel suffered a small blip in form during November, but manager Dean Brennan has strengthened his side since then and they have made an emphatic response.

The Tudors are unbeaten in eight games in all competitions since November 16 and have won the last five matches on the spin.

They go into the match as clear favourites, and football statistics and predictions website betstatz.com are confident of another Hemel victory.

“Stourbridge won their last league game 7-0 against Frome and they have scored 35 in their last 10 league games, so they have a decent attack,” said Betstatz owner Nick Gelis.

“However when they go a goal down early on, they tend to lose the game. The stats show that in the six league games that Stourbridge have been losing at half-time this season, they’ve won one and lost five.

“Hemel, on the other hand, currently have the best home form across Europe, based on the last five home league games.

“We fully expect Hemel to continue their exceptional home form this weekend and our statistical prediction for the game is a 3-0 Hemel win, Hemel win at HT/FT and over 2.5 goals.”
