Watford quickly restored their two goal lead after good work by Wiltshire out wide saw her float a delightful ball in for Logie to head home and make it 3-1 to Watford.
Despite a spirited response from West Ham, it was Watford who went 4-1 up thanks to Beckett’s header from a Cally Rowell corner after 75 minutes.
West Ham pulled a goal back, before Watford’s Katie Knell hit the post late on.
Hornets manager John Salomon said: “The foundations are there and there is plenty of work to be done, but I was really pleased by the girls’ attitude and the way they applied themselves in conditions that did not make it easy for them.
