WHSL side Gadebridge FC beat Maple Cross 5-1 to move into the next round of the West Herts Senior Cup.

A brace by Arnold Adzahos plus strikes from Stuart Meaney, Dan Holliman and Lewis Crowys did the trick.

In the Rous Cup Potten End suffered a 5-3 defeat at Harpenden Rovers Reserves, despite a brace from Dale Jenkins, while Bovingdon crashed 4-1 at home to London Colney Blues .

On league duty, Hemel Rovers keeper Barry Hills fell awkwardly and broke his arm in a 1-1 draw with Croxley Community. Scott Porter grabbed Rovers’ goal.

Rovers Reserves put up a good performance but were still beaten 2-0 at Hadley.
