THE Tudors moved into third spot in the London and South East Regional League Premier Division after an emphatic win over Panthers.

Goals from Nash Mohamed, Kayleigh Baker, Nikki Morgan and Suzy Read did the damage as Hemel produced a fine passing display to pick up the three points and send out a warning to the league’s other high-flyers.

Town got off to a quick-fire start as Mohamed pounced to lash home and open the scoring after just three minutes.

The visitors continued to press as the half went on, but with no further goals, the score remained 1-0 at half-time.

Despite the Hemel supremacy, Panthers responded well after the break and were back on level terms after 49 minutes.

The Tudors didn’t let the setback affect their style of play though, and they continued to knock the ball around well and create a host of goalscoring chances.

And they were finally rewarded for their attacking endeavour with 15 minutes left to play as captain Baker struck to put the visitors back in front.

With the wind in their sales, Hemel added a third through Morgan with 10 minutes remaining, before Read wrapped up the win as the Tudors cruised home.
