Flaunden have been celebrating after winning the BSF Steve Norwood Challenge Cup final to retain the trophy that they won last season.

The match was in serious doubt as a torrential downpour just five minutes before kick-off forced a delay to the start of the game.

There was plenty of surface water on the pitch, but it did not prevent Flaunden from getting the job done as Adam Zeller and Josh Hutchinson Kemal earned the win.

Elsewhere, Echoes have secured their third trophy of the season after clinching the BSFL Division Three title – following on from their victories in the Herts FA and BSFL Junior Cup finals.

Jack Watts (2), Clint Findley (2) and Brad Phillips were on target for Echoes in a 5-0 win at AFC Saints on Thursday, before Findley (2) and Tommy Godfrey were the goalscorers in a 3-1 victory at Old Bell Athletic on Sunday.
