Berkhamsted marched into the quarter-finals of the Premier Division Cup with a comfortable 4-1 win over a depleted AFC Dunstable side.

Josh Chamberlain gave Berko the lead with a well-struck shot, before Jordon Frederick bent a free-kick round the wall and past Ryan Darby to double the lead before the interval.

An Ed Canham header from a corner was deflected in by Frankie Jowle to make it 3-0 at the Railway End, but Carl Ibbottson capitalised on a weak back-pass to pull a goal back.

Connor Calcutt added a fourth goal late in the game to seal the win for Berko.

Third-placed Berko will be trying to do the double over London Colney on Saturday in a home game sponsored by The Plough in Potten End.

They then make the short trip to Hemel Hempstead’s Vauxhall Road ground to play London Lions next Wednesday.

The Berkhamsted reserve team have a league match at Harefield United on Saturday.
