BERKHAMSTED will have appreciated the break from competitive action at the weekend as they prepare for two semi-finals in the space of a week.
On Saturday, the Comrades will take on Letchworth Garden City Eagles in the Herts Senior Centenary Trophy as the club attempt to reach their first ever final.
A waterlogged pitch prevented the game from going ahead last Saturday, and the fixture has been moved back one week.
Danny Power is suspended for one game, but otherwise Berko look set to be at full strength for the Letchworth clash.
The Comrades have pulled in the highest attendances in the league recently and it is expected that there will be another good turnout of supporters for that game.
And Mick Vipond’s side will be looking to make it two finals out of two as they meet AFC Dunstable in the Division One Cup semi-final on Wednesday, March 2.
Power is expected to be available for that game.
Reaching either final would top off what has already been a tremendous season for the young Berkhamsted club.
They currently sit top of the MSSML Division One.
