BERKHAMSTED’S first XI were held to a draw with Ampthill Town on Saturday.
Batting first, Berko set a target on 196-8 for Ampthill to chase, with Sam Spencer top-scoring on 56.
Ampthill got off to a solid start in reply, but Berkhamsted bowlers James Holliday (4-58) and Oliver Janaway (2-47) got to work with the ball to ensure the match ended in a tie.
Berkhamsted II, meanwhile, picked up a two-wicket victory over Hatfield Crusaders.
Hatfield Batted first, but were reduced to just 130 all out as Ben Beard (2-14) and Romit Patel (4-22) picked up the baulk of the wickets.
In reply, Berko lost some cheap wickets, particularly among the lower order, but William Stead (33) and John Herring (36 n/o) helped them to reach their target.
And the third XI ensured it was an unbeaten weekend for Berkhamsted as they secured a draw with Greenwood Park.
Batting first, Berkhamsted set a target of 218-7, before tight bowling restricted Greenwood to 191-6 in reply.
