Visitors will be able to meet world-class scientists and link live to Antarctica as well as take part in a host of activities at the Natural History Museum.

The Tring museum’s Science Uncovered open evening on Friday, September 28 will be its biggest late night event yet.

Doors will be open from 2pm to 5pm and 6.30pm to 9.30pm and, in both London and Tring, museum researchers will give visitors the chance to discover more about the work scientists do.

Keepers from Amey Zoo in Bovingdon will be there with live snakes and lizards while representatives from the Society of Biology will be on hand to give careers advice.

Refreshments will be available from Tring Brewery, Jolly Hucksters bar grill and the museum’s Zebra Cafe.
