Kevin Martin Joseph Keady, 56, Martian Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a pack of Budweisers and a chocolate bar worth £5.69 from the Co Op in Hemel Hempstead on April 2 and a black men’s mountain bike in Hemel Hempstead on May 19 during operational period of suspended sentence for assault by beating. Fined £50, £20 victim surcharge and sent to prison for 11 weeks.
