Bhupeshkumar Navinchandra Patel, 39, Pinehurst Close, Abbots Langley. Sent a message that was grossly offensive in Watford on April 14 and in Abbots Langley on April 15, and assaulted police officer in Watford on April 16. Sent to prison for 12 weeks because of seriousness of threats to social worker doing job.

Joan Kempsell, 55, Maynard Road, Hemel Hempstead. Breached restraining order on August 6. Must participate in education, training and employment programme for 10 days, drinkwise course for five days, attend supervision appointments until October 6, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Martin Gareth Kirby, 34, Hillwood Lodge, Berkhamsted. Harassment by sending numerous abusive text messages between June 6 and June 12 in Watford. Must complete general offending behaviour programme for 30 days, attend supervision appointments for 18 months, restraining order not to harass his victim, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Andrew Judge, 29, Long Chaulden, Hemel Hempstead. Assault and damaged his victim’s Forever Friends teddy bear in Hemel Hempstead on March 30. Must complete drinkwise programme for five days and integrated domestic abuse programme for 27 days, attend supervision appointments until February 6, 2016, fined £35, £85 costs, £120 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

Peter Lee Kenny, 25, Spur Close, Abbots Langley. Assault by beating in Abbots Langley on June 16. Must complete education, training and employment programme for 10 days and thinking skills programme for 19 days, have treatment for alcohol dependency and attend supervision appointments for 18 months, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Laurie Michael Moore, 26, Redwood Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a non-molestation order in Hemel Hempstead between April 27 and April 29. Must complete domestic abuse programme for 27 days, attend supervision appointments for 24 months, restraining order not to contact his victim until August 6, 2016, £300 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Maureen Hallsworth, 57, Wheelers Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 114 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Shenley Lane, St Albans, and assault by beating in St Albans on July 13. Limit is 35. Must complete 40 hours of unpaid work within 12 months, £85 costs, £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 26 months - to be reduced by 26 weeks if course is completed by January 31, 2016.

Francesca Louise Drysdale, 25, Stephens Way, Redbourn. Threatening behaviour in London Colney on November 2. Put under curfew for three months to stay at home from 6pm to 6am every day, to be monitored by electronic tag, £100 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Michael Lee Cassidy, 47, Manor House Gardens, Abbots Langley. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit in Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on January 25. Fined £135, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

James Daniel Jacoby, 38, Rectory Lane, Kings Langley. Speeding at 36mph in a 30mph limit on the A411 London Road in Bushey on February 15. Fined £135, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on his licence.

Simon Joyle, Belswains Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to identify the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between December 10 and January 7 and between December 22 and January 19 in Herts. Fined £1,200, £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and banned from driving for six months.
