Josh inspired his loved ones to keep on going

HUNDREDS of friends and family turned out for a zumbathon to celebrate the life of a cancer sufferer who lived his to the full.

The fundraising event in Hemel Hempstead was originally intended to cheer up Josh O’Malley by raising money for his favourite causes – The Willow Foundation and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre.

But the 28-year-old kart racing teacher, who had planned to attend the event at Longdean School on Saturday, died just two days before.

His family took inspiration from him and did the zumbathon in his memory wearing specially made wristbands with his slogan, Josh Says Live Life To The Full.

His sister Bex said: “He was a little man with a big heart. We wanted to make him proud and continued with the aim of making it bigger and better.”
