This trio are preparing for two competitions that will test their culinary skills.

James Coleman, Shannen Avis and Gabrielle Brown, all in Year 10 at Hemel Hempstead’s Longdean School, hope to cook up a storm in the Rotary Club’s Young Chef competition and the St Albans Food and Wine Festival.
