Help plea for Berkhamsted danger road

Neighbours have written to Herts Highways to ask them to impose a new 20mph speed zone in Gravel Path, Berkhamsted.

They say accidents often happen in the steep, narrow road and this is the only way to stop them.

They want roads chiefs to find the best way to implement this speed limit within three months, recommending that they investigate current speeds on the street using fixed speed recorders.

They have also asked Bekhamsted Town Council to support their campaign.
