Get snappy for village photo exhibition
Budding photographers could see their work exhibited at a church's 75th anniversary celebration.
Kings Langley Methodist Church is hosting a photography competition and exhibition on May 1.
It is part of a two-day event to mark the milestone anniversary and organisers have asked people to capture images of the village and its churches.
Youngsters can take part by taking pictures on the theme Morning Has Broken.
Villagers are also being called on to dig out old photos of Kings Langley, especially from the 1930s.
Also part of the 75th anniversary celebrations is a daffodil fayre at the church on Hempstead Road this Saturday, March 6, from 10am to midday.
Visitors can expect stalls, competitions and some 750 daffodils planted for the occasion.
For photography competition entry forms and further details email kingslangleymeth@hotmail.com or phone Rev Hulme on 01923 677166.
Closing date for entries is Sunday, April 25.
