A nationwide outdoor fitness day event is hoped to tempt the lazy and unfit in Hemel Hempstead to a free activity session in Gadebridge Park on Saturday.
The scheme, by the British Military Fitness organisation, is offering the complimentary class as a way to tempt people into improving their lifestyle and fitness levels.
The initiative is backed by British and Irish Lions rugby legend Austin Healey, who said “National Outdoor Fitness Day is a great reason to try a BMF session to see if you enjoy it. It’s just one hour that could change your life and it’s totally free.”
British Military Fitness is celebrating its 15th year of providing outdoor fitnesses classes in 145 locations across the UK.
