Lorraine Chambers, 52 of Kingsley Walk, Tring. Failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when asked to do so by police in Watford on February 18. Ten points on licence and fined £140, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Vytis Zajanckauskas, 35, of Homefield Road, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) in Northchurch on February 15. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 12 months, community order including 19 days Thinking Skills programme and 12 months supervision, and ordered to pay £43.05 compensation, £183 fine and £80 victim surcharge.

Laura Jane Fogarty, 33, of New Park Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a black Samsung phone to the value of £100 belonging to a man in Hemel Hempstead on September 23, and failed to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court on February 26. Fined a total of £160, £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.
