Flasher targets two young girls on canal towpath in Berkhamsted

A flasher exposed himself to two young girls in Berkhamsted.
It happened on the canal towpath close to Roberston Road opposite The Rising Sun pub on Monday, February 18 at around 4pm.
The man is described as aged in his mid 30s to early 40s, between 5ft 10ins and 6ft tall, of slim to average build, with slight facial stubble, short brown hair and was wearing a red or predominantly red jacket
Det Con Brigitte Lee said: “I would appeal to anyone who may have been in the pub and seen anything of importance to the investigation, particularly if you believe you saw the offender. I would also appeal to anyone else who was in the area at the time and can offer any assistance to the investigation to call.”
