A flasher whistled at a teenage girl to get her attention before exposing himself to her.
It happened at around 6pm on Thursday, November 21 on a footpath on the Maylands Industrial Estate, which runs between Mark Road and Briery Way.
The man is described as Asian, of medium build, aged between 40 and 50, and wearing a business suit-style jacket with an open necked white shirt.
Det Con Pete Spiers said: “This happened at a time when the footpath would have been busy with people walking home from the estate. We have information to suggest that there may have been two other men walking along the path around the time of the incident. One appeared to be walking in the direction of Mark Road and the other was walking in the direction of Briery Way. I would appeal to these two men, or anyone else who was in the area at the time, to make contact with me as they may have vital information to assist our investigation.”
Anyone with information should call Det Con Spiers on the non-emergency number 101, with reference D1/13/6481.
